2. Information processed when you visit
Our website is a static editorial publication. When you request a page, our web server temporarily records standard HTTP access logs (anonymised IP address, date and time of request, requested URL, and browser user-agent string) solely to defend against automated abuse and diagnose broken links. These logs are rotated and deleted within 14 days.
The interactive Workflow Diagnostic Brief Builder on our Contact page executes entirely within your browser's local memory using client-side JavaScript. No text typed into that form is transmitted to our servers unless you actively copy it into an email and send it to us.
3. Email correspondence and your rights
If you email our editorial desk, we retain your email address and message content only as long as required to reply to your workflow question. We never sell, rent, or trade reader email addresses with third-party marketers.
